Log Content and Analysis Data

Log text, stack traces, SQL queries, page URLs, and any other content submitted for analysis are processed in-memory and sent to Anthropic's Messages API over TLS for AI inference. Raw log content is not written to disk or stored in any database. It is discarded as soon as the analysis response is generated (typically within 10–30 seconds).

We store analysis metadata only: error type names, severity levels, occurrence counts, environment tags, analysis timestamps, and your workspace identifier. This metadata powers your History page and Trends dashboard and is retained for the duration of your plan's retention period (see Data Retention below).

Before you submit a log:do not include confidential data, secrets, API keys, passwords, or personal information of third parties in your error logs. Analysis is performed using AI; anonymised error patterns may be used to improve the model — you can opt out in Settings → Privacy.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal data. We share data with the following sub-processors only, as necessary to deliver the Services:

  • Anthropic, PBC— AI analysis. Log content you submit is sent to Anthropic's Messages API over TLS for inference. Per Anthropic's API usage policies, customer API content is not used to train Anthropic's models without explicit opt-in. See anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
