ErrorLens was started in 2024 by a team of engineers who were tired of the same story: a production incident at 2am, a 500-line stack trace, three engineers staring at the same logs, and 90 minutes of “it must be the null check somewhere in the payment flow.”

We knew AI could do this faster. We were right. Our first prototype — a script that piped log output through a language model and asked it to identify the root cause — cut our own incident resolution time by over 70%. We turned it into ErrorLens.

Who we are

ErrorLens is built and operated by VerifyAll Solutions Private Limited, a privately held software company headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We're a small, focused team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers — all of whom have shipped and supported production software at scale.
